This Privacy Policy explains how Rone Enterprise, LLC (“Rone Enterprise,” “Roni App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the Roni App, a U.S.-based age-verification service for 18+ and 21+ restricted products and services. We are committed to privacy and designed our system so that we do not store biometric data or personal identifying information (PII). 

To verify age and identity, Roni App may temporarily process:

Personal Identifying Information (PII)

• Name on a government ID
• Date of birth
• ID document details (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

Biometric Data

If a selfie or facial scan is required, we may process:

• A face image or short video used to compare to a government ID

Device Information

• IP address
• Device type and OS
• Non-identifiable technical data used to prevent fraud app meets your business goals and user needs.

 Roni App does not retain personal information or biometric identifiers after completing real-time age verification. 

• We do not save ID images
• We do not store face scans or biometric templates
• We do not create biometric profiles
• We do not retain verification history linked to a specific person

All data is processed securely in real time and then irreversibly deleted immediately after verification is complete, except when legally required to maintain a record.

We process information solely to verify legal age eligibility. This includes:

• Confirming identity matches an ID
• Checking whether a user is 18+ or 21+
• Preventing fraud and misuse in real time

We do not use the information for marketing, profiling, tracking, or advertising. 

We never sell, trade, rent, or commercially exploit personal data or biometrics.
Data is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. 

To verify age securely, we may rely on licensed verification providers who:

• Process images and biometrics securely
• Must comply with U.S. biometric and privacy laws
• Must delete data after real-time processing

These providers are contractually prohibited from storing, selling, or reusing personal or biometric information. 

We will only disclose information if legally required to:

• Comply with regulatory age-verification obligations
• Respond to lawful government requests (e.g., warrants, subpoenas)

If legally required to retain a record, the record will not include biometric data. 

Roni App is not for minors under the legal purchase age (18 or 21 depending on the product/service). We do not knowingly process or attempt to verify biometrics of minors below legal eligibility. 

We may use cookies only for security and fraud prevention such as:

• Preventing repeated fake submissions
• Ensuring proper app functionality

Tracking tools never collect biometric or ID information. 

Although we do not store verification data, we still implement strong security measures during processing, such as:

• End-to-end encryption
• Secure temporary memory processing
• Vendor compliance audits

Restricted system access 

We may update this policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or best practices. A new effective date will be posted. Continued use of Roni App means acceptance of any updates.
