This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Rone Enterprise, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Roni App mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Application”).

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Apple-Specific Terms

If you are using the Application on an Apple-branded device, this license is limited to use on devices you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Application
• Use the Application for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Company is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Application.
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

The Company may update or modify the Application at any time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

The Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including:

• Product liability claims
• Claims that the Application fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection laws 

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Company. 

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes
• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you if you use the Application on an Apple device.
